Group Structure
Our operating business comprises the business segments Fresenius Medical Care, Fesenius Kabi, Fresenius Helios and Fresenius Vamed, which are legally independent and are managed by the operating parent company, Fresenius SE. The Chief Executive Officers of these business segments are members of the Management Board of Fresenius SE.
Fresenius is also active in the research and development of antibody and cell therapies at Fresenius Biotech.
