Within the area of I.V. generics, Fresenius Kabi offers a comprehensive portfolio of oncology drugs, anaesthetics and analgesics as well as anti-infectives. Infusion solutions include electrolyte and glucose solutions as well as low-concentrate carbohydrate solutions, infusion solutions containing electrolytes and carrier solutions for drugs. Just as important as these solutions are blood volume replacement solutions based on hydroxyethyl starch (HES), which are used to replenish lost blood and to improve micro- and macrocirculation (hemodilution).
