SIS-TER SpA is an Italian subsidiary of Fresenius Medical Care. At the company's site in Palazzo Pignano near Crema, approximately 30 kilometers southeast of Milan, more than 250 employees produce tubing sets for medical applications. These include blood lines for hemodialysis, where the blood of patients with chronic renal failure flows from the vein to the dialyzer and back.
