Friedberg
In 1997, Fresenius Kabi opened Europe's most modern production plant for standard infusion solutions in Friedberg, Hessen. The close connection between the production and logistics departments allows for environmentally friendly and cost-efficient manufacturing. More than 600 employees work at the Friedberg plant. The offices of Fresenius HemoCare's Transfusion Technology business are just a stone's throw away. Here, Fresenius scientists develop devices such as cell separators, as well as equipment for blood banks.
Friedberg is located about 35 kilometers north of Frankfurt in a region called Wetterau. It is easy to reach by public transportation or by car.
